I was born and raised in the Black Hills. I have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. I have two horses and a dog as big as a horse. My husband and I have a home on Nemo Road just outside of Rapid City, which allows us to enjoy the beautiful Black Hills as well as spend time on horse back, ATV’s and on our Harley. We enjoy camping, boating and working on our house.

Having grown up in the Black Hills and worked in the professional sector since 1985, I’m very familiar with our area, economy and the professionals working in the real estate and banking industry.

I have been involved in the mortgage industry for over 10 years. First as a processor, I processed an average of 360 loans a year from 2000 to 2005. My experience in the mortgage process helps prepare my clients for a smooth mortgage process.

I have a great deal of knowledge in the vast array of programs in the ever changing Mortgage Industry. Including, all credit levels, conventional, traditional and the sub-prime programs of financing.

Maintaining deadlines, as well as a high level of customer service and integrity of the client’s information, is a priority along with hard work and ethics in disclosing everything you need to know during the process of a mortgage.
